A limited licence for lawful, closed-environment GNSS simulation, a prepaid-wallet billing model, and the disclaimers that come with any software. The plain version is on this page.
By downloading, installing, or using AnyLocate (the “Software”) or this website (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AnyLocate generates simulated GNSS signals that you broadcast through your own software-defined-radio (SDR) hardware, which you buy and operate separately. Subject to these terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the licensing of the Software except to the extent the law expressly permits.
AnyLocate is for lawful research, development, and receiver testing inside an RF-shielded, closed environment only. You must never radiate simulated GNSS signals over the air in public or shared spaces, never interfere with real navigation, timing, or safety-critical systems, and always comply with the radio-spectrum and telecommunications laws of your jurisdiction — obtaining any required licence first.
Misuse — including interference with live GNSS services — may be a criminal offence and is solely your responsibility. See our Acceptable Use & Compliance page for the binding rules.
You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. Accounts are for a single user and must not be shared or transferred.
Paid features run on a prepaid model: you top up a wallet balance (accounted in USD) and subscription fees are charged from it. Top-ups may be made with supported cryptocurrencies; funds are credited only after our servers confirm the on-chain transaction to the required number of confirmations.
Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible and carry no chargeback. Your wallet balance is prepaid service credit — it is not withdrawable and cannot be converted back to cryptocurrency. Prices, plans, and parameters may change on a forward-looking basis; changes never retroactively alter transactions already recorded.
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, disrupt or attack any system or network, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service. We may suspend or limit access to protect the Service and its users.
The Software, the website, and all related content and trademarks are owned by AnyLocate or its licensors and are protected by law. These terms grant you a licence to use the Service, not any ownership of it.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Simulated GNSS signals are not a substitute for live signals in operational or safety-critical systems, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnyLocate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold AnyLocate harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these terms or of applicable law — including any unlawful transmission of simulated signals.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the Service unlawfully. Terms that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., payment, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) will survive.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use means you accept them. Any disputes will be governed by the applicable law of our operating jurisdiction. Questions? Email us.
