We collect the minimum needed to run AnyLocate, never sell your data, and never touch your wallet's private keys. Here is exactly what we process and why.

1. Who we are & scope

AnyLocate provides GNSS signal-simulation software (a desktop client) and this website. This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit the site, create an account, top up your wallet, or use the software, and the choices you have.

We collect the minimum needed to run the service. We do not sell your personal data.

2. Information we collect

Account data: your email address (used as your login) and authentication data. We do not require a real name or phone number.

Billing & wallet data: your prepaid balance, subscription and charge history, and — for crypto top-ups — the deposit address issued to you and the on-chain transaction references we confirm. We never hold your wallet's private keys or seed phrase.

Usage & device data: basic technical information such as IP address, browser or app version, and pages or features used, plus server logs kept for security and reliability.

Communications: messages you send us (for support or enquiries) and, if you join the referral program, the referral relationships needed to attribute rewards.

3. How we use your data

To operate the service: authenticate you, provide the software and its licensed features, process wallet top-ups and subscription charges, and attribute referral rewards.

To keep the service secure and working: detect and prevent fraud and abuse, debug problems, and maintain reliability.

To communicate with you: send account, security, billing, and service messages, and reply to your enquiries.

To meet legal obligations where they apply.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure forms. If we add analytics, we will use privacy-respecting, aggregate measurement and update this policy first; we do not use advertising trackers.

5. Service providers we share with

We share data only with providers that help us run the service, under contract and only as needed: infrastructure and CDN/security (e.g., Cloudflare and our hosting), transactional email delivery, and public blockchain networks (a top-up is an on-chain transaction that is, by nature, public). We do not share your data with advertisers.

We may disclose data if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of AnyLocate, our users, or the public.

6. Data retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Server and security logs are kept for a limited period. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. Crypto deposit addresses are watch-only (derived from public keys); private keys are never placed on application servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the risk low.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below; we may need to verify your identity first.

Note that on-chain transactions cannot be altered or erased from public blockchains — that is a property of the networks, not of AnyLocate.

9. International transfers & children

We may process data in countries other than yours; where we do, we use appropriate safeguards. The service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age required by their local law.
